Our story

Voice should be a feature, not a vendor lock-in.

Silux Voice gives product and operations teams the building blocks for natural, multilingual voice conversations — without surrendering their data, their margins, or their roadmap to a closed cloud platform.

Our mission

Own your voice stack.

The voice market is dominated by closed APIs that meter every word. That model works for prototypes — it falls apart when a single contact-centre processes a million minutes a month, or when a regulated business needs guarantees that its caller audio never crossed an ocean.

We build the alternative: an AI receptionist a small business can actually afford to leave switched on — with a price curve that doesn't punish you for growing.

What we ship

The whole runtime.

  • Voice runtime. Real-time STT, TTS, and language detection optimised for telephony codecs and noisy lines.
  • Customer dashboard. Voice library, per-account settings, transcripts, and live service health — no SSH required.
  • Integration layer. Two-way Google and Outlook calendars, booking systems, Square, Clover and Flipdish, Salesforce, and signed webhooks for Zapier and Make.
  • Analytics and QA. Full transcripts, call scoring, and a reliability pipeline that checks every answer before it counts.
What makes us different

Built the way voice should be.

Four principles that shape every decision — from the runtime up to the invoice.

🧠

Remembers every caller

Returning customers never have to repeat themselves. Silux Voice carries what it learned on the last call into the next one — with confidence scoring, provenance on every fact, and a single switch to turn it all off.

📅

Looks after the booking, not just the call

It checks your real calendar while the caller is on the line, books them in, then texts a confirmation with their own change-or-cancel link, sends reminders by text or WhatsApp, and its Open slot notifier offers cancelled slots to people waiting for one.

🌍

Multilingual from day one

23+ languages and 40+ voices out of the box — or your own cloned voice. One stack, one bill, every customer in their own language.

⚡

Real-time, not "near real-time"

Under 1 second response time, so callers don't feel like they're talking to a robot — with barge-in, so they can interrupt mid-sentence exactly as they would with a person.

🗣️

Sounds like a person, not a phone menu

Natural holding lines, small talk in the style you choose, and callers can interrupt it mid-sentence exactly as they would a person. Every sentence is checked before it is spoken.

Works with what you already run

Google and Outlook calendars, booking systems such as Calendly, Acuity, Dentally and Cliniko, Square, Clover and Flipdish for menus, Salesforce, and signed webhooks for Zapier and Make.

How we got here

The road so far

2024

Founded after a year of running internal voice agents on rented per-minute APIs and watching the bill scale faster than the business.

2025

Launched the managed AI receptionist platform with 40+ voices and 23+ languages.

2026

Caller memory, then — in September — bookings and reminders, phone orders, the auto-trainer and connections to the calendars, booking systems and tills small businesses already use.

The wider group

We also run the phone line

Silux Voice is part of the Silux group of British technology companies. Its closest sibling is Silux Call — a cloud business phone system, so you can take the number, the routing and the AI from one place instead of stitching three vendors together.

☎️

Business numbers

UK numbers in any area code, or keep your existing number and forward it.

🔀

Routing that holds up

IVR menus, hunt groups, time-of-day rules, transfers, voicemail-to-email and never-busy queues.

🛡️

Verified caller ID

STIR/SHAKEN verification proves the number is genuinely yours, so outbound calls stop landing as "Spam Likely".
