Sub-processors

Silux Voice engages a small number of third-party processors to deliver the platform — for example payment processing and transactional email. We do not publish the identities of our suppliers, infrastructure or model providers.

The identity of our suppliers, infrastructure and model providers is confidential commercial information and is not disclosed.

Every processor is bound by a written contract with confidentiality and security obligations no less protective than those in our own Data Processing Agreement, and processes data only on our documented instructions.

Customers on paid plans are notified 30 days before a new sub-processor is activated, with a right to object via privacy@siluxvoice.com.
