Integrations

Works with the diary, till, CRM and job software you already use.

Your receptionist works from your real calendar, your real free times and your real menu — and puts bookings and orders straight back where you’ll see them. Here is everything it connects to today, and exactly what each one does.

Calendars

Two-way: your busy times are read live during the call, and every booking is written back.

Booking systems

Your real free times offered on the call, and the booking made straight into your system.

Tills & ordering (POS)

Your menu, prices and sold-out items imported, so phone orders match what you actually sell.

CRM

After every call the caller is found (or added) as a contact and the call is logged against them, where your team already works.

Field service & job management

Every enquiry lands in your job-management software as a request, lead or booking, on the right customer — ready to quote or dispatch.

Helpdesk

Every call becomes a ticket from the caller, so support calls queue up with the rest of your tickets.

Automation

Send bookings, orders, calls and leads anywhere else you like.

Don’t see yours?

Anything else can receive your calls, bookings and orders through signed webhooks with Zapier or Make — or tell us what to connect next.

Questions people ask

Which calendars does the AI receptionist work with?

Google Calendar and Outlook / Microsoft 365, both two-way: your busy times are read live during the call and every booking is written back. It also books into Calendly, Acuity Scheduling, Cal.com, SimplyBook.me, Setmore, Microsoft Bookings, Dentally and Cliniko.

Does it work with Fresha or Timely?

Only by booking link. Neither offers a public API we can use, so the receptionist can’t see or write to those diaries. Instead it texts callers your own Fresha or Timely booking link while they are on the phone.

Does it connect to my till?

It imports your menu, prices, extras and sold-out items from Square, Clover or Flipdish. Confirmed phone orders can be sent to Clover, and optionally to Square (Square only shows them on the till once they’re paid). Flipdish can’t accept orders from outside.

Do you integrate with a CRM — HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho or Clio?

Yes, natively. After every call the caller is found or added as a contact in HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM or Clio, and the call is logged against them. Connect it under Apps & Connections — paste a HubSpot private app token or Pipedrive API token, use a Zoho Self Client, or sign in with Salesforce or Clio (or ask us to connect it for you) — and press “Send a test call” to see what lands.

Does it work with job software (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber) or a helpdesk like Zendesk?

Yes, natively. Calls land in ServiceTitan as bookings, in Jobber as requests, in Housecall Pro as leads, and in Zendesk as tickets — on the right customer, matched by phone number. FieldEdge only offers integration to approved partners, so for FieldEdge use the emailed call summary or a webhook.

What if my system isn’t listed?

Anything else can receive your calls, bookings and orders through signed webhooks with Zapier or Make — or tell us what to connect next.

Are my API keys safe?

Keys you give us are encrypted at rest and are write-only — the dashboard never shows them back, only whether the connection is working. Each business can only see and change its own connections.
