When a caller wants to book, the receptionist offers to text them your booking link, and sends it while they are still on the line. The customer books in your system as they normally would.

If something goes wrong
A connection never breaks a call. If Timely can’t be reached, the receptionist falls back — to its own diary for times, to fresh times or a flag for your team if a booking is refused, and to a note on the order if sending fails. Keys you give us are encrypted and never shown back.
