What happens on a call
Every booking, order, call and lead raises an event. You choose which ones to send, and where: a Zapier or Make scenario, your own server, a kitchen printer, a spreadsheet.
Setting it up

- 2Paste the URL from Zapier (“Catch Hook”), Make, n8n or your own server.
- 3Choose the events to send — for example new bookings, new orders, finished calls or new leads. Each request is signed so you can check it came from us.

If something goes wrong
A connection never breaks a call. If Webhooks, Zapier & Make can’t be reached, the receptionist falls back — to its own diary for times, to fresh times or a flag for your team if a booking is refused, and to a note on the order if sending fails. Keys you give us are encrypted and never shown back.
