How Silux Voice (Silux Voice Ltd) collects, uses, stores, and shares your data — and how to exercise your GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA rights.
Who we are
Silux Voice Ltd ("Silux Voice", "we", "us") operates the Receptionist + Silux Voice platform at www.siluxvoice.com and www.siluxvoice.co.uk. We act as a Data Processor for customers under GDPR Article 28 and as Data Controller for our own employees, sales prospects, and account holders.
What we collect
- Account data: email, name, password hash, role, billing address, payment method tokens.
- Usage telemetry: minutes used, calls placed, transcription minutes.
- Recordings + transcripts: only if you have recording enabled. Stored encrypted at rest with optional KMS.
- Operational logs: HTTP access logs (IP, path, status, latency) — retained 30 days, then deleted.
- Marketing cookies: only if you accept them on the cookie banner. We never set marketing cookies before consent.
Lawful basis (GDPR Art. 6)
Contract performance for customer service delivery; legitimate interest for operational logs + abuse prevention; consent for marketing communications.
