What happens on a call

When a caller asks for an appointment, the receptionist fetches your real free times from this system and offers them. When the caller picks one, it books it straight in. If the system refuses (someone took the slot first, say), it offers fresh times or flags it for your team — it never tells the caller they are booked when they aren’t.

Setting it up

  1. 1In Cal.com, go to Settings → Security → API keys and create a key named “Silux Voice”.
  2. 2Paste it into Apps & Connections → Cal.com and press Connect & test.
  3. 3Choose the event type, and the email to use for callers who only give a phone number (Cal.com needs one on every booking).

Built to the vendor’s published API. Connect & test checks it works with your own account before any caller relies on it.

If something goes wrong

A connection never breaks a call. If Cal.com can’t be reached, the receptionist falls back — to its own diary for times, to fresh times or a flag for your team if a booking is refused, and to a note on the order if sending fails. Keys you give us are encrypted and never shown back.
