What happens on a call

When the call ends, the caller is matched in your CRM by phone number (or email), or added as a new contact, and a note is written against them: who called, when, what they wanted, what was agreed, and the conversation itself. It happens in the background after the call, never while the caller is waiting, and each call is written once — even if the phone line reports it twice. You can press “Send a test call” in Apps & Connections to see exactly what lands.

Setting it up

  1. 1In your dashboard, open Apps & Connections → Salesforce.
  2. 2Sign in with Salesforce and approve access — or ask us to connect it for you.
  3. 3New leads or cases are created from calls from then on.

If something goes wrong

A connection never breaks a call: Salesforce is written to after the call has ended, in the background. If Salesforce can’t be reached, the call is still in your dashboard and your usual email or text summary, and the failure is shown on the Salesforce card in Apps & Connections. Keys and sign-ins you give us are encrypted and never shown back.
